We supplement our programme of Martial Arts with Fitness Strength and Conditioning sessions which can either be integrated within your personal regime, or approached as a stand alone pursuit

As well as the fitness benefits that our wide range of Martial Arts disciplines offer, our Fitness Strength and Conditioning sessions taught by real experts, will help you to develop all round well-being. The academy is people not profit focused, with a mission of supporting people to attain personal fitness through Martial Arts.

This programme, accessible by anyone at any level, can either form part of your martial arts training, or can be a standalone fitness regime for anyone who wants the motivation of training safely with a supportive team behind you.

This Fitness Strength and Conditioning programme uses cardiovascular capacity building techniques, kettle-bells, stretches, and more, being developed by one of the leading fitness / cross-fit coaches in the UK, and is delivered by our expert in house team so you know you will get the results you want in the safest and most effective way possible.
