Our kids’ classes emphasise fitness and fun, while developing skills and techniques to support the development of young people’s self confidence.
Our expert instructors are CRB checked, First Aid certified and child protection qualified. Through our classes young people can develop real, effective skills which can be applied to self defence competition – or simply to get fit and build confidence.
We don’t encourage kids to face problems in their life using their physical skills. However, the techniques they develop lead to increased self confidence and clearer thinking, and this is more likely to deter potential confrontation (such as bullying) without the need for confrontation.
