Whether you are a novice or have previous experience within martial arts, we can help you reach YOUR fitness goals… We offer a range of classes for women’s fitness as well as mixed sessions, so you have a wide choice of options available. We have female students, both children and adults at all levels of ability. Charles Martin also employs female coaches too.
Earlier in the year, we designed a fitness and training programme specifically aimed at women and their personal fitness goals, run in partnership with the Coalfields Regeneration Trust, this proved to be very successful. We aim to follow that commitment through to provide an enjoyable fitness experience for all.
Training and joining the classes is a great alternative route to fitness for women in a safe and fun environment. The coaches and students are friendly and supportive and create a great atmosphere in which to train and get fit.
